Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing AllJobGuider Career OS ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security guidelines, perform malicious actions, or attempt unauthorized exploitation of our systems.

3. Third-Party Integrations and OAuth

AllJobGuider enables connections to external platforms like Google Workspace (Gmail and Calendar APIs).

You acknowledge that Google API integrations are governed by Google's OAuth consent screens and policies. While we ensure maximum security and adhere strictly to Google's Limited Use Policy (see our Privacy Policy), you understand that any downtime, revocation, or policy updates on Google's end are beyond our control.

You may disconnect integrations and revoke OAuth consent at any time via your account settings.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, or corrupted PDF/DOCX documents.
• Exceed system limits, scrape data, or automate request generation at a rate that violates our IP-based rate limiting (maximum 10 failed login attempts per 15 minutes).
• Impersonate recruiters, other users, or attempt credential stuffing attacks.

5. Account Deletion and Purge Policy

You hold complete rights to delete your account. Upon request, we will instantly revoke all authenticated session tokens. All associated career opportunities, notes, documents, and OAuth credentials will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our active data stores within 30 days of the request.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AllJobGuider, its developers, or its cloud hosting partners (including AWS) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any Google API integrations.
